Logic Circuits''

AGENCY: Nuclear Regulatory Commission.

ACTION: Announcement of meeting.

SUMMARY: The NRC staff will meet with the Nuclear Energy Institute 
(NEI) and interested Utilities to discuss implementation and provide 
clarification on Generic Letter 96-01.

DATES: The meeting will be held on March 19, 1996, from 1:30 p.m. to 4 
p.m.

ADDRESSES: The meeting will be held at the Sheraton Gateway Hotel 
(Atlanta Airport) 1900 Sullivan Road, College Park, Georgia.
