SUMMARY: This amendment corrects an error in a document published on
    January 26, 1996 (61 FR 2608), which removed Sec. 121.404. The FAA
intended to remove the version of Sec. 121.404 that was effective
before December 20, 1995, and not the revision of Sec. 121.404
