Board of Directors Sunshine Act Meeting

TIME AND DATE: The Board of Directors of the Legal Services Corporation 
will meet by telephone on March 20, 1996. The meeting will begin at 
11:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time.

LOCATION: Members of the Corporation's staff and the public will be 
able to hear and participate in the meeting by means of telephonic 
conferencing equipment set up for this purpose in the Corporation's 
Board Room, on the 11th floor of 750 First Street, NE, Washington, DC 
20002.

STATUS OF MEETING: Open.

MATTERS TO BE CONSIDERED:

    1. Approval of Agenda.
    2. Consider and act on the adoption of a funding policy for the 
remainder of FY 1996.
