    SUMMARY:

    This document requests comments on a channel substitution proposed by KRCA License, LLC, requesting the post-transition digital television allotment for KRCA-DT, Riverside, California be changed from Channel 45 to Channel 35.

    Comments must be filed on or before April 10, 2008, and reply comments on or before April 25, 2008.
