I. General Information
A. Does This Action Apply to Me?
This action is directed to the public in general. Although this action may be of particular interest to those persons who conduct or sponsor research on pesticides, the Agency has not attempted to describe all the specific entities that may be affected by this action. If you have any questions regarding the information in this action, consult the person listed under FOR FURTHER INFORMATION CONTACT.

1. Docket. EPA has established a docket for this action under docket identification (ID) number EPA-HQ-OPP-2009-0038. Publicly available docket materials are available either in the electronic docket at http://www.regulations.gov, or, if only available in hard copy, at the Office of Pesticide Programs (OPP) Regulatory Public Docket in Rm. S-4400, One Potomac Yard (South Bldg.), 2777 S. Crystal Dr., Arlington, VA. II. EUP
EPA has issued the following EUP:
82761-EUP-2. Issuance. Montana Microbial Products, 510 East Kent Ave., Missoula, MT 59801. This EUP allows the use of 664 pounds of BmJ WP (containing a total of 99.6 pounds of the fungicide, Bacillus mycoides isolate J active ingredient) on 440 acres (for 2009 year) and 560 acres (for the remaining permit period) of pecans, peppers, potatoes, sugar beets, and tomatoes to evaluate the control of pecan scab (Fusicladosporium effusum); early blight (Alternaria solani); Cercospora leaf spot (Cercospora beticola) and bacterial spot (Xanthomonas campestris). The program is authorized only in the States of Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Minnesota, Montana, and North Dakota. The EUP is effective from January 14, 2009 to March 31, 2011.
