Friday, February 9, 1996, make the following corrections:
    In the third full paragraph, in the first column, on page 5042, in 
line 3, the date of ``December 20, 1995'' should be corrected to read 
``January 12, 1996.''
    In the fourth full paragraph, in the third column, on page 5042, in
