Idaho; Declaration of Disaster Loan Area

    Benewah County and the contiguous counties of Kootenai, Latah, and 
Shoshone in the State of Idaho and Whitman and Spokane Counties in the 
State of Washington constitute a disaster area as a result of damages 
caused by a fire which occurred on January 30, 1996. Applications for 
loans for physical damages as a result of this disaster may be filed 
until the close of business on May 6, 1996 and for economic injury 
until the close of business on December 5, 1996 at the address listed 
below:
