Take notice that on February 28, 2003, Panhandle Eastern Pipe Line Company (Panhandle) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, First Revised Volume No. 1, the following revised tariff sheet proposed to be effective April 1, 2003:

Panhandle states that this filing is being made to modify the storage inventory transfer provision of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff.

Panhandle further states that a copy of this filing is available for public inspection during regular business hours at Panhandle's office at 5444 Westheimer Road, Houston, Texas 77056-5306. In addition, copies of this filing are being served on all jurisdictional customers and interested state regulatory agencies.

Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should file a motion to intervene or a protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE., Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with sections 385.314 or 385.211 of the Commission's rules and regulations.
