Take notice that on February 28, 2003, TransColorado Gas Transmission Company (TransColorado) tendered for filing its Annual Fuel Gas Reimbursement Report pursuant to section 12.9 of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff, First Revised Volume No. 1.

TransColorado states that it has served copies of this filing upon all customers, interested State Commissions, and other interested parties.
