    d. Applicant: Duke Energy Carolinas, LLC.

    e. Name of Project: East Fork Hydroelectric Project.

    f. Location: The project is located on the east fork of the Tuckasegee River in Jackson County, North Carolina.

    g. Filed Pursuant to: Federal Power Act, 16 U.S.C. 791 (a)-825(r).

    The Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure require all intervenors filing documents with the Commission to serve a copy of that document on each person on the official service list for the project.     k. Description of Request: The applicant proposes to replace the turbine and rewind the generator at the Tennessee Creek development of the project. The proposal would increase the total installed capacity of the project from 23.973 to 25.848 megawatts, and would raise the hydraulic capacity of the Tennessee Creek development from 261 to 298 cubic feet per second. The applicant does not propose any Start Printed Page 14473operational changes to the project as a result of the rehabilitation.
