Exclusive Patent License; American Pipe Lining, Inc.
AGENCY: Department of the Navy, DOD.
ACTION: Intent to grant partially exclusive patent license; American
Pipe Lining, Incorporated.

SUMMARY: The Department of the Navy hereby gives notice of its intent
to grant to American Pipe Lining, Incorporated, a revocable,
nonassignable, partially exclusive license in the United States to
practice the Government owned invention described in U.S. Patent
Application Serial No. 08/355,581, entitled ``Epoxy Pipelining
Composition and Method of Manufacture,'' filed December 14, 1994 in the
field of internal coating of pipelines.
Anyone wishing to object to the grant of this license has 60 days
from the date of this notice to file written objections along with
supporting evidence, if any. Written objections are to be filed with
the Office of Naval Research, ONR 00CC, Ballston Tower One, Arlington,
Virginia 22217-5660.
