Correction

    In rule document 95-5537 beginning on page 12400 in the issue of 
Tuesday, March 7, 1995 make the following correction:
    On page 12400, in the second column, under EFFECTIVE DATE:, in the 
first line, ``April 6, 1992.'' should read ``April 6, 1995.''
