Notice of Availability of the Final Environmental Impact 
Statement for Disposal and Reuse of Hamilton Army Airfield, California

AGENCY: Department of the Army, DoD.

ACTION: Notice of availability.

SUMMARY: In compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act and 
the President's Council on Environmental Quality, the Army has prepared 
a Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) for the disposal of 
excess property at Hamilton Army Airfield, California. The FEIS also 
analyzes impacts on a range of potential reuse alternatives.
    Copies of the FEIS have been forwarded to various federal agencies, 
state and local agencies, and predetermined interested organizations 
and individuals.

DATES: This FEIS will be available to the public for 30 days after 
publication of this NOA in the Federal Register by the Environmental 
Protection Agency, after which the Army will prepare a Record of 
Decision for the Army action.
