Sunshine Act Meeting

    Notice is hereby given that the Railroad Retirement Board will hold 
a meeting on March 20, 1996, 9:00 a.m., at the Board's meeting room on 
the 8th floor of its headquarters building, 844 North Rush Street, 
Chicago, Illinois, 60611. The agenda for this meeting follows:

    (1) Draft Agreements with the Internal Revenue Service.
    (2) Office of Inspector General's Reinvention Proposals--Phase 
II.
    (3) Inspector General's Memorandum re Investment Policy.
    (4) Show of Interest--First Floor Headquarters Space.
    (5) Issues Concerning Coverage Terminations (Marine Atlantic and 
Durango and Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad).
    (6) Employee Status--Engineering Department Consultants for 
Souther Pacific Transportation Company.
    (7) Labor Member Truth in Budgeting Status Report.
