    [Declaration of Disaster #3057; Amendment # 2]
    
    
    State of California
    
        In accordance with a notice from the Federal Emergency Management 
    Agency dated February 26, 1998, the above-numbered Declaration is 
    hereby amended to include Los Angeles, Orange, Stanislaus, and Trinity 
    Counties in the State of California as a disaster area due to damages 
    caused by severe winter storms and flooding beginning on February 2, 
    1998 and continuing.
        In addition, applications for economic injury loans from small 
    businesses located in the contiguous Counties of Riverside, San 
    Bernardino, and San Diego in the State of California may be filed until 
    the specified date at the previously designated location.
        All other information remains the same, i.e., the deadline for 
    filing applications for physical damage is April 10, 1998 and for 
    economic injury the termination date is November 9, 1998.
