AGENCY: Office of the Assistant Secretary for Health.
    Correction: On March 1, 1994 (59FR9761), a notice was published 
announcing the meeting of an Ad Hoc Subcommittee on Childhood Vaccines. 
Under Open Committee Discussion we are adding an agenda item, the most 
recent report entitled ``DPT Vaccine and Chronic Nervous System 
Dysfunction: A New Analysis''.
    The rest of the notice remains as published.
