summary: The Commission on Family and Medical Leave was established by
an Act of Congress, the Family and Medical Act, Public Law 103-3.
time and place: The meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 22, 1994,
from 10 a.m. to 12 Noon, in the BLS Postal Square Building (G-440), in
Meeting Room #3 (Ground Level), 2 Massachusetts Avenue, NE.,
Washington, DC (First Street entrance directly across from Union
Station).
public participation: The meeting will be open to the public. It will
be in session from 10 a.m. to 12 Noon. Seating will be available to the
public on a first-come, first served basis. Handicapped individuals
wishing to attend should contact the office of the Commission to obtain
appropriate accommodations. Individuals wishing to submit written
statements should send 16 copies to Irasema T. Garza, Executive
