Tennessee Gas Pipeline Co.; Notice of Filing

[Docket No. RP95-112-003]
March 8, 1995.
    Take notice that on March 3, 1995, Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company 
(Tennessee) tendered for filing to become part of its FERC Gas Tariff, 
Original Volume No. 2, the following tariff sheets to be effective 
February 1, 1995:

First Revised Sub 30th Revised Sheet No. 5

    Tennessee states that the purpose of this filing is to comply with 
the Commission's February 23, 1995 Order in Docket No. RP95-112 
requiring Tennessee to make the Rate Schedule T-180 rate effective 
February 1, 1995.
    Tennessee states that copies of the filing have been mailed to all 
affected parties.
    Any persons desiring to protest said filing should file a protest 
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol Street 
NE., Washington, D.C. 20426, in accordance with Rule 211 of the 
Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211). All such 
protests should be filed before March 15, 1995. Protests will be 
considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to 
be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the 
proceeding. Copies of this filing are on file with the Commission and 
are available for public inspection.
