Williston Basin Interstate Pipeline Co.; Notice of Technical 
Conference

[Docket Nos. RP90-137-015, RP90-137-018, and RP90-137-019]
March 8, 1995.
    Pursuant to the Commission's letter order, issued on February 15, 
1995, a technical conference will be held to resolve the issues raised 
in the above-captioned proceeding. The conference will be held on 
Tuesday, March 21, 1995 at 10 a.m. in a room to be designated at the 
offices of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 810 First Street 
NE., Washington, DC 20426.
    All interested persons and Staff are permitted to attend.
