ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: By a vote of 3-0 on March 8, the Commission
determined pursuant to U.S.C. 552b(e) and Sec. 9.107(a) of the
Commission's rules that ``Discussion of Management and Personnel
Matters'' (CLOSED--Ex. 2 and 6) be held on March 8, and on less than
one week's notice to the public.
By a vote of 3-0 on March 9, the Commission determined pursuant to
U.S.C. 552b(e) and Sec. 9.107(a) of the Commission's rules that
``Affirmation of Sequoyah Fuels Corporation--Intervenor's Petition for
Review of the Presiding Officer's Order LBP-93-25'' (Public Meeting) be
held on March 9, and on less than one week's notice to the public.
Note: Affirmation sessions are initially scheduled and announced
to the public on a time-reserved basis. Supplementary notice is
provided in accordance with the Sunshine Act as specific items are
identified and added to the meeting agenda. If there is no specific
subject listed for affirmation, this means that no item has as yet
