AGENCY: Commerce.

ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: The Department of Commerce gives notice of an amendment to the 
systems of records under Commerce Department System 5: Freedom of 
Information and Privacy Request Records. This action has been taken to 
add the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office to the list of Commerce 
Department bureaus.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Department of Commerce is amending 
Commerce Department System 5: Freedom of Information and Privacy

of bureaus of the Commerce Department. This is not a significant 
alteration of a system of records under OMB Circular A-130.
