- We filed a report of the proposed new system of records and proposed altered systems of records with the President of the Senate, the Speaker of the House of Representatives, and the Director, Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs, Office of Management and Budget on February 18, 2000. We also requested a waiver of the OMB 40-day advance notice requirements. If OMB does not grant the waiver we will not implement the proposal before March 29, 2000.
