Description of Application: The Applicants seek Commission approval to modify the identity of co-licensee General Electric Credit Corporation (GECC), now known as General Electric Capital Corporation, to the Eldred L. Field Hydroelectric Facility Trust, as had been envisioned when a sale-leaseback transaction was consummated pursuant to the Commission's Order Approving Transfer of License issued on December 15, 1983. The Trust was formed pursuant to the Amended and Restated Trust Agreement between GECC and United States Trust Company of New York dated December 1, 1985.
