    SUMMARY:

    This notice announces OMB approved new information collection requests (ICRs) for 49 CFR parts 223, 228, 232, 234, 237, 238, and 270, under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA). FRA also announces OMB re-approved other ICRs for 49 CFR parts 207, 209, 210, 212, 214, 215, 216, 218, 219, 221, 222, 223, 225, 227, 228, 229, 230, 232, 233, 235, 236, 238, 241, and 242, and related to other regulatory activities.
