K N Interstate Gas Transmission Company; Revised Compliance 
Filing

March 9, 1995.
    Take notice that on March 7, 1995, K N Interstate Gas Transmission 
Co. (KNI) tendered for filing a revised tariff sheet in compliance with 
the Commission's February 10, 1995 Letter Order in the referenced 
proceeding. KNI states that its February 27, 1995 tariff compliance 
filing inadvertently did not contain the correct IT rate on Sheet No. 4 
of First Revised Volume No. 1-C of its FERC Gas Tariff. KNI further 
states that Sub. First Revised Sheet No. 4, submitted with its filing, 
makes the appropriate correction.
    KNI states that copies of the filing were served upon each person 
designated on the official service list complied by the Secretary in 
this proceeding.
    Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest 
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol 
Street, N.E., Washington D.C. 20426, in accordance with Section 385.211 
of the Commission's Rules and Regulations. All such protests should be 
filed on or before March 16, 1995. Protests will be considered by the 
Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will 
not serve to make any protestants parties to the proceeding. Copies of 
this filing are on file with the Commission and are available for 
public inspection in the Public Reference Room.
