Caribbean Fishery Management Council; Meeting

AGENCY: National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), National Oceanic and 
Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Commerce.

ACTION: Notice of public meetings.

SUMMARY: The Scientific and Statistical Committee (SSC) and the 
Advisory Panel (AP) of the Caribbean Fishery Management Council 
(Council) will hold separate meetings to discuss the Draft Queen Conch 
Fishery Management Plan.
    The SSC will meet on March 21, 1995, at the Travelodge Hotel, San 
Juan, Puerto Rico. The AP will meet on March 27, at the same location. 
Both meetings will begin at 10:00 a.m. and adjourn at 4:00 p.m.
    The meetings are open to the public, and will be conducted in the 
English language. However, simultaneous translation (English/Spanish) 
will be available at the AP meeting.
    Fishers and other interested persons are invited to attend. Members 
of the public will be allowed to submit oral or written statements 
regarding agenda issues.
