Hamilton Grange National Memorial, New York County, New York; 
Final General Management Plan and Environmental Impact Statement

    In accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act 102(2)(C) 
of 1969, the National Park Service, U.S. Department of the Interior 
announces that a Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) has been 
prepared on the four alternatives for future management and use of 
Hamilton Grange National Memorial.
    This notice announces the availability of the FEIS for public 
review. Following a 30-day no-action period, a Record of Decision will 
be written documenting the range of alternatives considered and 
evaluated, the preferred alternative selected, and the rationale for 
its selection.
    For further inquiries about the FEIS, and requests for additional 
copies should be directed to the Superintendent, Manhattan Sites, 26
