    In notice document 96-5217 beginning on page 8987 in the issue of 
Wednesday, March 6, 1996, make the following correction:
    On page 8987, in the third column, under HEARING OR NOTIFICATION OF 
HEARING, the third sentence should read:

    Hearing requests should be received by the SEC by 5:30 p.m. on 
April 5, 1996 and should be accompanied by proof of service on
