National Cancer Institute; Meeting of Subcommittee A of the
Cancer Biology-Immunology Contracts Review Committee
Pursuant to Public Law 92-463, notice is hereby given of the
meeting of Subcommittee A of the Cancer Biology-Immunology Contracts
Review Committee, National Cancer Institute, National Institutes of
Health, on May 12-13, 1994, at the Executive Plaza North Building,
Conference Room C and D, 6130 Executive Boulevard, Rockville, Maryland
20892.
This meeting will be open to the public on May 12 from 8:30 am to
9:30 am to discuss administrative details. Attendance by the public
will be limited to space available.
In accordance with provisions set forth in sections 552b(c)(4) and
552b(c)(6), title 5, U.S.C. and section 10(d) of Public Law 92-463, the
meeting will be closed to the public on May 12 from 9:30 a.m. to recess
and on May 13 from 8:30 a.m. to adjournment for the review, discussion,
and evaluation of individual contract proposals. These proposals and
the discussions could reveal confidential trade secrets or commercial
property such as patentable material and personal information
concerning individuals associated with the proposals, disclosure of
which would constitute a clearly unwarranted invasion of personal
privacy.
