National Cancer Institute; Notice of Meeting of the Biometry and
Epidemiology Contract Review Committee
Pursuant to Public Law 92-463, notice is hereby given of the
meeting of the Biometry and Epidemiology Contract Review Committee,
National Cancer Institute, National Institutes of Health, April 7-8,
1994, at the Executive Plaza North Building, Conference Room G, 6130
Executive Boulevard, Rockville, Maryland 20852.
This meeting will be open to the public from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. on
April 7 to discuss administrative details. Attendance by the public
will be limited to space available.
In accordance with provisions set forth in sections 552b(c)(4) and
552b(c)(6), title 5, U.S.C. and section 10(d) of Public Law 92-463, the
meeting will be closed to the public on April 7 from 10 a.m. to recess
and on April 8 from 9 a.m. to adjournment for the review, discussion,
and evaluation of individual contract proposals. These proposals and
the discussions could reveal confidential trade secrets or commercial
property such as patentable material and personal information
concerning individuals associated with the proposals, disclosure of
which would constitute a clearly unwarranted invasion of personal
privacy.

will provide a summary of the meeting and a roster of the committee
