    The location for the environmental scoping meeting in Mount Vernon, 
New York, on March 24, 1998, has been changed from the Mount Vernon 
High School to the following facility: Mark Twain Junior High School, 
160 Woodlawn Avenue, Auditorium, Yonkers, New York.
