AGENCY: Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
ACTION: Final rule; correction.

SUMMARY: This document corrects a notice appearing in the Federal
Register on January 20, 1998 (63 FR 2873). This action is necessary to
correct miscellaneous errors in the codified text of the final rule.
DATES: Effective February 19, 1998.

2. On page 2878, in the third column, in the last line of
Sec. 9.21(f), the Internet address is corrected to read ``http://
www.nrc.gov/.''
3. On page 2833, in the third column, the section heading for
Sec. 9.45 is corrected to read, ``Sec. 9.45 Annual report to the
Attorney General of the United States'', and in the first sentence of
Sec. 9.45(b), the ``:'' is removed after the word ``as'', and the
Internet address is corrected to read ``http://www.nrc.gov/.''
