A draft environmental assessment (DEA) is available for public review. The DEA analyzes the environmental impacts of an application for non-project use of project lands and waters filed for the Keowee-Toxaway Hydroelectric Project. The project is located on Lake Keowee in Pickens County, South Carolina.

The DEA was written by staff in the Office of Energy Projects, Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, and is available for review at the Commission or may be viewed on the Commission's Web site at http://www.ferc.gov using the “eLibrary” link. Enter the docket number excluding the last three digits in the docket number field to access documents.
