AGENCY: Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, DOE.
ACTION: Notice of filing and opportunity to file comments.

SUMMARY: The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (Commission) has
received a report dealing with the allocation of costs related to
Electronic Bulletin Boards. The Commission is affording interested
persons an opportunity to file comments on this filing.

an additional report dealing with the allocation of costs related to
