Notice of Agreement(s) Filed
The Federal Maritime Commission hereby gives notice of the filing
of the following agreement(s) pursuant to section 5 of the Shipping Act
of 1984.

Interested parties may inspect and obtain a copy of each agreement
at the Washington, D.C. Office of the Federal Maritime Commission, 800
North Capitol Street NW., 9th Floor. Interested parties may submit
comments on each agreement to the Secretary, Federal Maritime
Commission, Washington, D.C. 20573, within 10 days after the date of
the Federal Register in which this notice appears. The requirements for
comments are found in Sec. 572.603 of Title 46 of the Code of Federal
Regulations. Interested persons should consult this section before
communicating with the Commission regarding a pending agreement.

Title: Tricontinental Service Agreement.

Synopsis: The proposed amendment revises the notice period for a
member to withdraw from the Agreement.
Agreement No.: 232-011533.
Title: CGM TDM/Marfret Reciprocal Space Charter, Sailing and
Cooperative Working Agreement.

CGM Tour du Monde S.A.
La Compagnie Maritime Marfret, S.A.
Synopsis: The proposed Agreement permits the parties to charter
space from one another, and rationalize sailings in the trade between
all ports in continental Europe, the United Kingdom, the Republic of
Ireland, Central and Eastern Europe, Scandinavia and the Mediterranean
and all inland and coastal points via such ports, and U.S. Atlantic,
Gulf and West Coast ports and all inland and coastal points via such
ports on the one hand and, on the other hand, ports in the islands of
the Central and South Pacific, including but not limited to, Tahiti,
New Caledonia and Papua, New Guinea, and ports in Australia, Asia,
South East Asia and the Indian subcontinent including but not limited
to Sri Lanka. The parties have requested a shortened review period.

Synopsis: The proposed Agreement permits DSR to charter space to

compensation provisions to the Agreement for wharfage of Hanjin's cargo

at the Port's Charles P. Howard Terminal.
