NATIONAL SCIENCE BOARD

REVISED TIME AND CHANGE IN MATTERS CONSIDERED: Meeting Held on February 
11, 1994; announced in Federal Register, Vol. 59.

     Because of extreme weather conditions on February 11, 1994 that 
caused the Federal Government to close and with airports either 
limiting travel or closing, the National Science Board began earlier 
than the announced time to expedite the meeting and enable members to 
obtain transportation home. The change in time was announced at the 
earliest practical time. The changes were as follows:
