ACTION: Notice of open meeting.

Committee Act (Pub. L. 92-463), announcement is made of the following 
meeting:

    Name of Committee: Board of Visitors, United States Military 
Academy.
    Date of Meeting: 21 March 1995.
    Place of Meeting: Room S-120 (Hugh Scott Room), the Capitol, 
Washington, D.C.
    Start Time of Meeting: Approximately 8:00 a.m.
    Proposed Agenda: Election of officers; selection of Executive 
Committee; scheduling of meetings for remainder of year; and
