Correction

    In notice document 95-4268 beginning on page 9870 in the issue of 
Wednesday, February 22, 1995, make the following corrections:
    1. On page 9870, in the third column, in the second paragraph, in 
the third line from the bottom, the word ``plant'' should read 
``plan''.
    2. On page 9871, in the second column, in the first paragraph, in 
the quoted paragraph, in the first line, ``With the respect'' should 
read ``With respect''.
