Advisory Committee on Reactor Safeguards Subcommittee Meeting on 
Thermal Hydraulic Phenomena; Postponement

    A meeting of the ACRS Subcommittee on Thermal Hydraulic Phenomena 
scheduled to be held on March 21 and 22, 1996, at the Los Angeles 
Airport Hilton, 5711 West Century Blvd., Los Angeles, California, has 
been postponed to a future date as a result of the GE Nuclear Energy 
decision to redirect its SBWR passive plant design program. Notice of 
this meeting was published in the Federal Register on Tuesday, March 
12, 1996 (61 FR 10037).
