    Office of Government Ethics (OGE).

    ACTION:

    Notice of request for public comments; extension of comment period.

    SUMMARY:

    On January 3, 2017, OGE published in the Federal Register, 82 FR 122 (Jan. 3, 2017), a request for public input on the application of the criminal conflict of interest prohibition to certain beneficial interests in discretionary trusts. The public comment period closed on March 6, 2017. OGE is extending the comment period to April 20, 2017.

    DATES:

    To be assured consideration, comments must be received at the address provided below, by April 20, 2017, though OGE may have some limited ability to review late submissions if workload and other considerations permit.
