Collection of Information Submitted for OMB Review

    In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act and OMB Guidelines, 
the National Science Foundation is posting a notice of information 
collection that will affect the public. Interested persons are invited 
to submit comments by April 19, 1994. Comments may be submitted to:

    Title: Statement of Financial Status.
    Affected Public: Individuals, Financial agencies or employees.
    Respondents/Reporting Burden: 5 respondents annually: 1 hour per 
response.
    Abstract: The purpose of this form is to determine a person's 
ability to repay a debt to the United States. It may also be used to 
establish an installment payment plan for repayment of the debt.
