    Agency: Utah Reclamation Mitigation and Conservation Commission.

    Summary The Utah Reclamation Mitigation and Conservation Commission is 
    requesting comment on their Draft Mitigation and Conservation Five-Year 
    Plan. The Plan will guide the Commission's mitigation and conservation 
    program for impacts associated with the construction of the Central 
    Utah Project and other Federal reclamation projects in Utah.
    
    Dates: The comment period will be open for a period of 30 days from 
    March 15, 1996, through April 15, 1996.
    
    Addresses: Copies of the Draft Mitigation and Conservation Plan are 
    available from the Planning Manager, Utah Reclamation Mitigation and 
    Conservation Commission, 111 East Broadway, Suite 310, Salt Lake City, 
    Utah 84111. Comments on the Draft Plan should be sent to the same 
    address.
