CNG Transmission Corporation; Notice of Technical Conference

March 15, 1996.
    Take notice that a technical conference has been scheduled in the 
above-captioned proceeding for 10:00 a.m. on March 28, 1996, in Room 
3M-2A, at the offices of the Federal energy Regulatory Commission, 888 
First Street, NE., Washington, DC 20426.
    The purpose of the conference is to discuss matters of interest and 
concern relating to CNG Transmission Corporation's proposal to abandon 
operational capacity in excess of 3.2 MMcf/day at the Johnsonburg M&R 
Station located in Elk County, Pennsylvania, and permission to install 
flow control devices necessary to ensure the desired level of operation 
of the facility.
