Wyoming Interstate Company, Ltd.; Notice of Tariff Compliance 
Filing

    Take notice that on March 12, 1997, Wyoming Interstate Company, 
Ltd. (WIC), tendered for filing as part of its

FERC Gas Tariff, Second Revised Volume No. 2, a substitute tariff 
sheet, in accordance with the February 26, 1997 letter order in this 
proceeding.
    In the February 26, 1997 letter order, the Commission accepted 
WIC's Substitute Original Sheet No. 84. However, Substitute Original 
Sheet No. 84 had been superseded by First Revised Sheet No. 84 which 
did not contain the right of first refusal language that was accepted 
in the February 26, 1997 order. Consequently, WIC was directed to file 
a revised tariff sheet paginated as Substitute First Revised Sheet No. 
84 which contains the appropriate right of first refusal language.
    WIC states that a copy of this filing was served upon all parties 
in this proceeding.
    Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest 
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE., 
Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with the requirements of the 
Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211). All such 
protests must be filed in accordance with section 154.210 of the 
Commission's Regulations. Protests filed with the Commission will be 
considered by it in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but 
will not serve to make the protestants parties to the proceedings. 
Copies of this filing are on file with the Commission and are available 
for public inspection in the Public Reference Room.
