Cincinnati Gas & Electric Co. and PSI Energy, Inc.; Comment 
Period

March 16, 1994.
    On March 4, 1994, the Applicants in this proceeding filed an Offer 
of Settlement. Since the offer may be supplemented before the end of 
the 60-day period the Commission established for the parties to reach a 
settlement,\1\ they asked that the comment period begin on March 22, 
1994 (the day after the 60-day deadline), with initial comments due by 
April 12, 1994 and reply comments due by April 21, 1994.

    Any person desiring to be heard concerning the March 4, 1994 Offer

1994. The deadlines otherwise established in Rule 602(f)(2) are waived.
