ACTION: Notice of Availability; Public Access to Records of Accident 
Investigations.

SUMMARY: The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) has contracted 
with the National Technical Information Service (NTIS) of the 
Department of Commerce to serve as a clearinghouse for official records 
of investigations conducted by the NTSB. Persons seeking copies of NTSB 
accident reports (preliminary, factual, or formal), or probable cause 
statements should contact NTIS directly by phone, fax, or mail, as
