K N Interstate Gas Transmission Co.; Notice of Filing of Refund 
Report

March 16, 1995.
    Take notice that on March 13, 1995, K N Interstate Gas Transmission 
Co. (KNI) filed a refund report in the above captioned docket. KNI 
states that the filing and refunds were made to comply with the Federal 
Energy Regulatory Commission's (Commission) Order dated January 20, 
1995. KNI states that these amounts were paid by KNI on March 8, 1995.
    KNI states that the refund report summarizes refund amounts for the 
period July 1, 1994 through December 31, 1994.
    KNI further states that copies of the filing were served upon KNI's 
jurisdictional customers, interested public bodies, and all parties to 
the proceedings.
    Any person desiring to protest with reference to this filing should 
file a protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 825 North 
Capitol Street, N.E., Washington, D.C. 20426, in accordance with Rule 
211 of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 
385.211). All such protests should be filed on or before March 23, 
1995. All protests filed with the Commission will be considered by it 
in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve 
to make the protestants parties to the proceeding. Copies of this 
filing are on file with the Commission and are available for public 
inspection.
