Wisconsin; Rate-of-Progress and Contingency Plans

AGENCY: United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA).

ACTION: Proposed rule.

SUMMARY: The USEPA is proposing to approve a revision to the Wisconsin 
State Implementation Plan (SIP) for the purpose of satisfying the rate-
of-progress and contingency plan requirements of the Clean Air Act 
which will aid in ensuring the attainment of the national ambient air 
quality for ozone.

DATES: Comments on this proposed action must be received by April 22, 
1996.
