Maryland; Declaration of Disaster Loan Area (Amendment #1)

    The above numbered Declaration is hereby amended to expand the 
incident type to include damage resulting from severe storms and 
flooding which occurred January 19 through January 31, 1996.
    All other information remains the same; i.e., the deadline for 
filing applications for physical damages is March 22, 1996 and for 
economic injury the deadline is October 23, 1996.
