Lodging of Consent Decree Pursuant to the Clean Air Act
In accordance with Departmental policy, 28 CFR 50.7, notice is
hereby given that a proposed consent decree in United States v. Award

proposed consent decree. Comments should be addressed to the Assistant
Attorney General for the Environment and Natural Resources Division,

States v. Award Design Medals, DOJ Ref. 90-5-1-1-3618.

United States Attorney, room 4434, U.S. Courthouse and Federal Office
Building, Oklahoma City, OK 73102; the Region VI Office of the
Environmental Protection Agency, 1445 Ross Avenue, Dallas, TX 75202-
